Amazing stuff! Keeps my migraines in check!! Stops one from developing right away. I put it right on as soon as start to feel the pain. The pain either stops right away or in a few minutes, but I continue it to wear for about 30 min to make sure the migraine does not come back.

Seems well made, but lacks useful instructions related to item itself--such as how to cut the holes and horizontal openings which go only part way through the rubber, and how/where to cut item to divide it into the parts shown in the photo that accompanies website description and in photos on the item's box. I was not able to find such information anywhere. The information given in accompanying brochures is general information about acupuncture, which can be found in books or on internet. As far as all the claims made for this item, they don't seem to have objective scientific basis. I actually bought this item to provide counter-irritation/counter-stimulation to help reduce dosage of medication that I need for Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS).

Great product! I am not the first time buyer. THIS works great! My daughter is a surgical assistant and her muscles are sore after standing all day, it helps a lot to relieve muscle tension very quickly.

the shape of the pad makes it easier to use on my hip and shoulder, but i haven't so far been able to use the straps in any way. perhaps if you have someone to hold it while you strap it on, it could work. maybe ill figure out a way, but, in any case, the flexibility is very useful. these devices are the only things that clear my joint pain and muscle spasms. better than NSAIDs and no side effects. btw, contrary to what some commenters say, when properly used, the "nails" on these pads do NOT penetrate the skin and no blood is let. they stimulate the meridian nerve network. However, you do need to use care because carelessness could result in scratches.
