I bought it for my ford explorer 2016 in colombia it didnt work does it have any special way to install it ?

I think it's just the 2016 Ford vehicles. This piece didn't work for us and then the dealership couldn't help us either. We just leave it closed.

Tilt function definitely Did Not work. We ended up taking it back to the dealership to be fixed and they couldn't figure it out either. They suggested we purchase a different piece from them for $200 extra dollars. Guess what.... It still doesn't work🤣🤣🤣
