I also wanted ones that swivel, and have cushioned seats and backs. This was the cheapest I could find them. Assembly was quite simple and they are very sturdy with decent seat cushions. The only thing I don't like about them is that the seatback design looks good from the back, but on the front, the welding is quite obvious and almost looks a little messy where the design joins together. For most people, you would never really see the front. Mine just happen to be facing my kitchen, so I see them a lot. However, I wouldn't spend $100 more for something so trivial.

Great stools for the price
