Adhesive layer separates from tape easier than from paper it covers

I bought this grip as part of a project to refurbish my bike. I made a custom leather bike seat cover and decided on this synthetic leather grip since it looked approximately the same color. I'm very happy with how it turned out! The synthetic leather matches the color of the genuine leather seat, quite nicely. The grip was surprisingly easy to apply. Finally, it has stayed on for several months and has continued to feel nice while riding my bike. Recommended!

Was changing the handlebar stem on an everyday-task bike. decided to change the bar tape while I was at it (had to remove the old tape for the change-up anyway). Seemingly too many choices out there, not many good ones, or so it seems. This one is quit good: not crazy-thick, just thick-enough for a decent amount of road shock-absorption, easy to wrap, and stays put afterward. Looks nice as well. Recommended.

Would of given 5 stars but the tape on the back was really hard to peel off for starters. But once you got it out was good to go. Also, no extra small piece to add on the brake area on the wrap.

This is very nice handlebar tape, the leather looks great and feels terrific under my hands. It was easy to apply to my bars. Only downside, I wish they included additional small strips of tape to use near the brake/shifters. I had to cut a small lengths from each roll, and that made the remaining length a little short. I had enough to cover the bars, but only barely! Still, I would buy this product again. Product arrived exactly as described.
