are those dimensions correct? 4.8 x 3.5 x 0.5 inches that seems really big

The damping pieces and locking pins are exactly the same dimension as DJI's. Maybe those numbers refer to the package or something. The parts do fit P3 gimbal though.

Can someone provide the diameter of the holes that these dampers fit into in mm?

I measured the holes on my Phantom 3 Pro - just shy of 8mm as best I can measure it.

How many grommets should be installed, 2 or 4?

Only comes with 2 from the factory so I go with that.

Will this work for a blade chroma 4k

Do not use them on a fire place they wont work
