Good choice!
The mint is definitely better! Just a reminder that MOM is a drug that has multiple uses but there are adverse reactions and contraindications, too. Please ask your physician or pharmacist before using any OTC medications. Not recommended for long term use (unless by your physician). This is one of the better 'saline' type laxatives. Perhaps I consider any drug from a medical viewpoint!
