Tastes good and easy to make
My kids loved it, and I did too. The flavor is nice and the texture turns out great. The instructions are in a different metric system, but it was easy to figure out. It’s a good option when you want to make crepes without much hassle.

Great mix!
I used olive oil and it took me two crepes to get it right. When I did, it was amazing. I did use medium high heat. My father thought I made them from scratch, which his father did. It's a nice mix. Two cups of milk and one tablespoon of oil for Americans.

Not good
Worst crepe mix ever!! I have made crêpes for my kids many times unfortunately our local Publix was out of their brand so we bought this one on Amazon. First the servings needed are in centiliters versus regular leaders. I had to google the conversion then when we made them, they look like rubber instead of nice and doughy flower Tried it a few different ways. All was the same result. Would recommend not buying this at all.

Good, but ....
It was good, but my scratch is better - "eggier". One packet will not make 10 crepes. It makes 6 12" using a short 1/2 cup of batter. Don't plan on a whisk being able to blend the batter smooth with no lump. I always, even with scratch, use a fine stainless strainer. Makes for a better spreading of the batter. I subbed out the oil for butter. The directions are in French .... Took me a minute to find the add-on sticker on the side panel.

Delicious crepe mix
First things first, the instructions on this box is ALL IN FRENCH Used Google Translate and here is what the directions are: Mix one envelope of mix with 2 cups of milk (I used 2% but I think whole milk would make it better). I let it rest for about 5 min, and then made crepes. My crepe maker is about `10 inch diameter, and the box says each envelope makes up to 15 crepes. I got 6 out of it, I believe because the maker is a larger one. The crepes when done were outstanding! Now that I know what the instructions say I will definitely continue to use this mix.

Crepe Mix
I did buy this with the maker thinking it would get me off to a good start. But the instructions are a bit hard to follow and they are not for English. If you know the french or mertric way to measure you will be fine with this.
