How loud is the autflush? (We go at night when the other is asleep)

It is a pretty powerful flush, but about the same noise as most toilets. The flush happens before the lid comes down, which makes it a bit louder.

Do you have a higher one ADA for old people?

Old people here. No problems with the height. We do have a grab bar on the wall beside the toilet.

Is filter included? Is it pre-wetting? Height from customers say 16.5" from floor but description says 18.5, which is correct?

Yes the filter is included and it is pre-wetting. It doesn't hurt to add another filter at the water valve. The height at the back and the height at the front are different. Please open up the pictures and scroll to the last picture to see several measurements.

Is it a 10" or 12" rough in? If not 10", do you have another model that is that is similar?

From the wall to the center of the drain hole is 12".
