This is something I was excited about. I used it as described, daily, at exactly the measurement that is told to. It literally did not last 30 days. It’s already pricey for a 30 day supply. But mine ran out at day 22. It was only 3 week supply? Seriously? What a disappointment. I don’t mind spending money on quality, but I won’t even know if it’s effective because I don’t plan to purchase going forward, for the above stated reason.

I can tell you this, it tastes terrible. It has a surface taste of tropical punch but you can taste the fish. But I do see a difference in my skin and possibly hair (didn’t take a before photo for my hair). But my skin is softer, firm but supple. My hair looks shinier. I’m waiting to see a difference once I reach day 30.

I love the taste and believe it would have worked. Took it 30 minutes before bed as recommended and stayed asleep. Not sure if the collagen helped but that was the only change in my routine. Unfortunately, the bottle fell and broke on day 3. I will not know how this works
