Bandai Shokugan - Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Tomodachi Doll Vol. 3 (Complete Set)

So cute!! I have been trying to get my hands on these for awhile. Missed out on the other sets but this set is perfect. They are small but that’s fine to me. The box did come a bit damaged but everything else is fine. I received all seven villagers. I highly recommend this.

This set is so cute and sweet. The sizing is great. I think they'd be just a bit smaller than calico critters so like 1/18 or 1/20 scale. Flocking was great quality.

This are the most adorable animal crossing figurines I have seen. I am surprised theya re fuzzy since i expected them to be like a hard shiny plastic. I was a bit bump the box was broken since it was beautifula dn i wanted to keep it but other than that I love it.

the assembly of the standees was easy, and they can removed from the stands and disassembled if needed.each character has its own box labeled with their name.if you're interested in keeping pristine boxes, this is facilitated by the use of a larger box which holds the individual characters boxes keeping them in one place.mine now live on my desk as companions as I work.

These figures are adorable and high quality.

Very disappointed only received one figure , from the set, only option was a refund which is ok, but it was a present and had to scramble to find replacement gift, would not buy again, 35 dollars for one is too much for a single figure

First, let's correct some misinformation given by another reviewer:Another reviewer claimed these Animal Crossing figures are like Sylvanian Families or Calico Critters. That is NOT TRUE.1. The Animal Crossing figures are extremely tiny, much smaller than SF or CC.2. The Animal Crossing figures don't have moveable limbs like SF and CC. The arms, legs, and head do not move like Sylvanian Families or Calico Critters.3. The Animal Crossing figures don't have changeable clothes. SF and CC are unclothed animals wearing changeable clothes made of fabric. The Animal Crossing figures have clothes that are molded on as part of the figure. Just like in the game, they can't be unclothed.The only similarity is that they are flocked, but the flocking is a different kind, so even that isn't really true.I'm glad they're continuing these sets. I have all of the ones they've released so far. They're fine, but you can't honestly call something perfect just because it's Animal Crossing themed.Wrong colorsThey're made pretty well for being so tiny, but they're not perfect. The colors are off pretty bad. Celeste's figure is pink rather than her bold red color that she is supposed to be. Blathers is a pale grey-brown rather than his deep brown. Judy's pink and blue don't blend into purple in the middle as it should; instead it blends into a brownish color that just makes her look dirty. The colors are so bad that they look like unlicensed knock-offs.The standsThe stands are great, mostly. Each stand is made to fit exactly to the characters bottom and tail. Apollo's doesn't quite work, so he leans forward; it seems that the designer of the stand didn't figure in the weight of Apollo's huge nose. Having individual stands for specific animals means the stands aren't interchangeable, so if you play with these rather than displaying them on a shelf, you'll have a hard time matching up the stands before you're able to play with the figures. In previous sets we've had two rabbits, and their stands match. But this set has all new animals that we haven't had yet. The only dog we've gotten before was KK Slider, and he's taller than the dog in this set, so their stands aren't interchangeable. It's good that the stands fit the characters so perfectly, but I doubt I'll ever use the stands again since it would take an hour to match them up to the right figure after I put them in the bag where I keep them.No favorites for me :(I hope they continue making more of these sets, but I doubt they'll ever make my favorite characters, since there are more than 460 characters and my favorites are not the most popular. So far most of the characters have been animals I don't really like, but I got them all anyway because at least we have some kind of Animal Crossing figures to play with.Three stars for having the animals in such wrong colors and for the value being low considering how much these figures cost. Of course, I knew they were overpriced and bought them anyway. But having the colors so wrong is enough to take it down to three stars or less.
