I eat ZNIC every day to enhance my immune system. The POMONA WELLNESS is much smaller with the same 50mg than what I have eaten before, and I like it is very easy to swallow and its coating is very good without any astringent taste of others. In fact, this bottle of 100 tablets does not fill for 1/2 of the bottle. I personally suggest that it can use a smaller bottle to save some plastic.

I picked this up because I am always in need of zinc. These days I can't take a risk of getting sick so I always try to take Zinc to boost my immune system, especially if I feel a bit under the weather. I have had good luck with this brand and also this product. Will likely pick up more in the future once this bottle is gone.I like this brand because so far I haven't seen any of their stuff having other additives in it the way some brands do.

I liked that this product offered 50 mg of Zinc. I'm trying to build my immune system stronger and I've seen where you can take too much Zinc but this is a good dosage to take daily to help your body fight against sickness. Zinc is especially important if you're cutting back on your beef and red meat consumption which so many people are now. I recommend this too because the pills are smooth and easy to swallow.
