Did not need for my truck
I bought this for my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 5.7 l. I did not realize I would not need it. The actual thermostat comes with the gasket on it so this was actually not needed on my particular model. Seems like a good quality gasket though.

Quality issue but worked
Had a coolant leak at the thermostat housing on my 2012 Ram 1500 Hemi. I think the seal on the thermostat was compressed. I bought a Gates thermostat on Amazon but it had zero markings on it and was likely a fake. I stuck with the old thermostat and used this gasket. The gasket arrived with a cut in it starting at the larger inner hole (!), though it didn't extend completely to the outside edge, with about 5mm to spare. I used some silicone RTV to seal it, in case it leaked. It hasn't. Problem solved and no more coolant leaks
