What’s the difference between 3c 5c and 7c? which one is the best for an intermediate?

3C smaller depth and smaller rim than 7C, 5C is in middle of the 3....some experts say to start with 3C, high notes are easier with 3C..Try them all, they don't cost a lot unless you get silver or gold. Trumpet usually comes with the 7C.

Does it contain lead? I've heard that some mouthpieces do have it.

I really don't know, but this is a Chinese made mouthpiece that is the fraction of the price of quality mouthpieces. So I would not use this mouthpiece long term. I bought it only to try the size. I bought a more expensive mouthpiece for longterm use. Just my opinion.

Would this fit a cornet?

When gently pressing the EASTROCK Trumpet mouthpiece into my Olds Special Cornet, I found it penetrated only one eights of an inch into the lead pipe at most, and also wobbled around a bit. I did not force the mouthpiece into the lead pipe any further in an effort to seek a stable alignment or secure fit, as it would not have done this mouthpiece or the Cornet any good. Generally speaking without some sort of an adapter, the best answer to your question I can think of is, No.

Excellent mouthpiece

This is a good trumpet mouthpiece. As good as a Bach or Blessing and less than half the price. If you're a beginner or just want a spare then the Eastrock is a good choice. I wish they made one for a Cornet.

I brought this mouthpiece because I wanted to try this style of mouthpiece, but I did not want pay $108 for a Bach. I am 69 y.o. and just play for my own enjoyment. You can't beat it for 10 bucks. Is it the same quality as the Bach? NO! The mouthpiece feels and plays great for me. Like all mouthpieces, personal preference is everything.
