Can I use this serum after I use apple cider vinegar as a toner?

Says to put on after toner, before moisturizer. I would say yes. The type of toner should not matter. I would let it dry completely before applying syrum. Enjoy!

This won't get rid of my freckles, will it?

I've used other Vit C serums that improve the look of acne scars, lightening them. I wonder if this would do something similar for freckles.

It does tingle and burn slightly when first applied but this should last a matter of seconds. I have always attributed that to the fact that it was tightening up the skin. I have never had red blotchy reactions when using this product.
