It works well but is hard to keep smelling.

It kills bugs roaches on contact. There is no toxic smell. It performs better than Raid which has toxic smarll. The cost is actually less than Raid.

Overall this product is pretty good however it can take several minutes to kill large Texas roaches. I like that you can use it indoors however the spray bottle is pretty cheap and the last bottle I purchased, the pump on the spray bottle didn't work. I had to purchase another spray bottle and transfer the liquid.
