I use this product daily. It’s a quality b-12 product. It gives me energy and helps with mouth sores that I get due to a medication that I take.

Thorne vitamins I think are good quality

The vitamins work well for helping me maintain my B12 levels. The capsules are a little larger than other b12 supplements, but I have no problem swallowing them. There is no taste and doesn't turn your mouth pink like other types. The biggest con is the price.

Small gel cap and easy to take

As far as one person's testament goes, I have blood test results showing this made a difference for me, it brought my homocysteine levels wayy down to the desirable range! I have an MTHFR gene mutation, I methylate my vitamins about half as well as someone without the mutation. Thus, I need to supplement with an already methylated form of B vitamins, etc. I can't comment on other supplements to compare, but this seems to be well worth the price.

My physician recommended this product is a good supplement and it had 10 times the effect of the average store-bought B12 products. I would highly recommend it.
