Easy acupuncture
These are really easy to put on. The hardest thing is trying to figure out the exact spot where they need to go but once you put them on, we had some success with them.

Decent item. Works.
I bought this for sinus and ear problems. Although this product isn't as effective as acupuncture, it seems to increase blood circulation in the face to some degree after applying spatula and facial pressure to the face all day long. (So my hand hurts over time.....) Personally, I do a lot of oriental herbal remedies because it truly heal you in better way. Especially if you are afraid of acupuncture this is the alternative option. However, this item takes a long time to take effect and requires manual pressure. I prefer acupuncture for effective and miracle type of cure (just for my personal opinion bfw) but this time is not bad.

Easy to use
I bought these ear seeds to try out. They aren't appealing to the eye but it doesn't matter as long as they work & don't fall off. So far so good. I haven't had any issues & I've also given some to my friend to try out.

Not something you can do alone
These were so difficult to use. I had to get my sister to help me because as soon as i stuck it down and realized it wasn't in the right spot it wasn't very sticky anymore. Can't attest to comfort because we gave up after a while

Great price and good instructions
I have depression, anxiety, and sleep issues. This is so much cheaper and easier than going to get acupuncture constantly. They are a little hard to put on sometimes but practice helps. It has nothing to do with this brand, just in general it takes a little practice to get these in the right spot. They really seem to help me with my anxiety! These were so affordable. I’m happy they came with good tweezers too! Highly recommend!

So far, it’s done nothing
The adhesive is amazing. It’s stuck for a week so far. I washed with an alcohol wipe then stuck 3 on each ear. After day 2 I took 2 off because they just hurt ALL the time. I still have the third one on but I don’t think it’s doing anything either. I still feel the same.I wondered, if they were counteracting each other, but they weren’t. I think this is just another gimmick. Sad, because I really wanted it to work.
