Metal: Good quality product, easy to fit, design is perfect. Strong and steady. No chance of slip as it is tighten by screw. They even gave a tape which will protect phone from scratches. No lose screw noise.

Good quality, light but strong, easy to install, cushion tape provided is very useful as it gives peace of mind to quickly remove or put phone in holder without scratching or resistance.

Worst product
This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased. I recently completed my Nepal ride and bought this product specifically for that trip, expecting it to be reliable and durable. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The very first time I placed my phone in the holder and tightened it, a part of the product came off in my hand. A product that fails on its very first use cannot be trusted, especially when it's meant for riders who depend on their gear during long journeys. This was not only frustrating but also completely disheartening. I had much higher expectations, but the quality simply does not justify the price. In my opinion, this product is not worth the money. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

The terrible holder broke with just a little pressure. It's better to get a holder with a tube mount, rather than a mirror, if possible.
