My doctor recommended
My orthopedic doctor recommended. Reasonably priced compared to other brands. I ordered a small. The top strap doesn’t get as tight as i want it, but keeps my foot in the correct position at night

Who Knew? Solving my PF problem
I'm a runner and years ago I had some plantar fasciitis issues which took months to resolve, but the issues did resolve eventually. Back then, I had heard of wearing a night splint, but never used one. Lo and behold, 5 months ago, I developed another case of PF and it has been very frustrating because the pain has lingered and is holding me back from doing what I love...running. So, I've become a walker and some mornings my heel would hurt more than other mornings, but the pain was lingering for sure and I haven't been able to run. I decided to give the night splint a try because I had tried everything else. As you know, one of the top symptoms of PF is heel pain first thing in the morning. As we sleep, the foot is extended and the Plantar Fascia shortens and when we step on the floor in the morning the Plantar Fascia is stretched and pulls causing the damage and pain all over again. Well, the very first night after wearing the splint, I carefully put my foot on the floor and there was absolutely no pain at all in the morning. I was very surprised and very happy, to say the least. The splint keeps the foot in a flexed position during the night allowing the fascia to heal in a flexed position. So, now after wearing the splint for a week, I can honestly say that I'm seeing results. My heel no longer hurts in the morning and I even ran a little bit two days ago without pain. I'm very happy with the splint itself. I don't find it uncomfortable at all. I can get up during the night to use the bathroom and I can carefully walk with the splint on. Not a problem. I wear a size 6.5 shoe size and I bought the small size and it fits nicely. A night splint! Who knew?! It's working for me.

It works!!
At last! I tried the fabric braces described as for Achilles tendinitis. None of them worked well for me. This one works exactly as it should! It is well made, sturdy, has little pillows to pad the straps that hold it in place. It holds my foot in place. I can hobble around in it if necessary. After using it for about half an hour for 4 or 5 days my tendonitis is much improved. After reading the other comments I purchased the small for my 8.5 size foot. It works fine but the medium, as recommended, would have been better.

As described, fit great, love the comfort
I ordered this after reading other reviews. I have a size 7 foot and the small fit just fine. It has adjustable straps with velcro to help it stay on better as well around your ankle and leg. It comes with a little wedge too so you can stretch your foot more, which I use 100% of the time. This is my second bout with plantar fascitis and with the same foot. I have an active job so I can not stay off of it. This boot was shipped really quickly and I put it on as soon as it came. I wore it for 2 days straight as much as I could while home and my heel already felt better. I wish I could wear it at work too. I have tried to sleep in it and so far I have not managed to do that. I love having blankets on me and I move quite a bit while sleeping so it is hard for me to wear then (that is not the boots fault, but my own habits). I am trying to train myself little by little to sleep in it each night because I do think it will help. For now I am putting it on the moment I walk in the door and trying to elevate my foot if I can and I have continued to feel relief - especially when the boot is on. I have only had it a week so far. I will update more as time goes on - the last time I had plantar fascitis it took 6 months to go away, so I will see if this hopefully lessens that time.

Small not snug
Im usually a 7-7.5 and I purchased a small. I do wish the straps would adjust tighter it’s not secure even on the tightest possible adjustment. But other than that the boot fits well. I have all 3 steals as tight as possible and I have plenty of space for movement.

Very good quality & lightweight
It’s a wonderful lightweight easy to adjust boot. I’ve used it for about a week and a half to help with my plantar fasciitis and it’s been helping with my heel pain greatly. I highly recommend this product. The company sent it out sooner than I was expecting it.

A MUST BUY for people with plantars fasciitis or heel pain.
If you just found out you have plantars or achilles tendonitis, then read this review. I am pretty active and run on a treadmill in the mornings. Then, I started to have pain in the bottom of my feet and in my heel - especially when I got out of bed in the morning. I kept exercising and the pain got pretty bad. It was to the point where I would have to put my feet in a bucket of ice after coaching and participating in my sons baseball practices. I researched and tried the following: stretching, icing, shoe inserts, roller bar from fleet feet, rolling foam, running my feet over a golf ball to stretch it. And advil. Lots of advil. That other stuff helped, but this boot really made the biggest difference and eventually cured it. Knowing what I know now, I would do all of those except for the foam roller. Just too big a pain for me to do. You need to be vigilant about it and rest the injury as much as possible. I did wear this at night a couple of times when it was really bad, but they are bulky so I mostly wore them in the morning when I drank my coffee before work and at night when I watched some tv at the end of the day. My 11 year old is active in football, rugby and just about every other sport. About two weeks ago, he started to complain about heel pain. Research tells me he probably has Sever's or achilles tendonitis. I immediately ordered him two boots of his own (men's small) and he started wearing them. After that and no sports for two week, there has been a dramatic improvement. He has also been icing. Some have said that the boot doesn't force the heel all the way down and I see some of that, but not to the point where it doesn't work. I just adjusted and tightened them for a better fit. Maybe others got the wrong size. Don't ignore the symptoms and begin treatment as soon as possible. Even though my pain has almost completely gone away, I still use the boots to prevent it from returning.

The night brace is a great step forward in alliviating plantar pain.
I purchased these to help relieve my plantar fasciitis pain while I was training for a 5K. I purchased 2 since I have PF in both feet. I have been wearing them for about 2 hours a night 5-6 nights out of the week. I imagine it would be more effective if I could wear them all night every night. Effectiveness: The boots began to help right away. Before using them, my plantar pain would be evident first thing in the morning when I get out of bed. After using them, my feet didn't hurt when I first stood up in the morning. My pain tends to return near the end of the day, so it is not a cure-all, and would probably work best with stretches and other physical therapy. Comfort: The boot itself is comfortable around my calf, ankle and foot. The padding on inside is smooth, and the straps use velcro to adjust and fit your foot. The bulky nature of the boot can be challenging, which is one of the reasons I have trouble keeping them on all night. The other reason is, it stretches your tendons. I am trying to build up to being able to wear them longer. Don't try to walk in them! It's uncomfortable and hard on your knees. Sizing: I wear a size 6 shoe, so the small is just right for me.

Cost
The product is good but the price is high. For the same price you could buy 2 pieces from Temu. Same quality and same product available for a cheaper price

Would definitely recommend this brace
Bought this brace after spraining my ankle. It worked so well by securing my foot that I was able to return to while wearing the brace. I work as a cook, so that meant being on my feet for long hours. Would definitely recommend this item.
