Yes, it works a little too well, if your diet contains little amount of fiber, I suggest using half a scoop. You might want to consider this advice as Iโm writing this while seated on my throne.

Effective and tastless
I add a scoop of this to a 1 L bottle of water and taste nothing at all. It took a day or 2 for my gut to adjust to the fibre, after that it no issues as all.

Waste of money
Taking 2 full scope a day and there is no effect. No effect on gut health. I had better experience using green barley powder.

Great product
I have bought this a number of times. It is a great product and works well. No taste and dissolves perfectly. I am very sad that the price keeps going up and it is so difficult to get here in Canada.

Best fiber for SIBO symptoms, quick dissolving, no taste, great price
Pros: NO flavor when mixed with something with flavor of its own. Dissolves very completely with a gentle stir. It actually improves the mouthfeel of coffee with oatmilk. Hydrolyzed guar gum is one of the best types of fiber for people with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and has actually improved my results of prescription drug treatment for SIBO compared to prescription drug treatment alone. Cons: The product tub is too narrow for my hands. I feel like I have pretty average-sized hands. But yeah, those last few scoops exfoliate off a layer of my skin cells as I'm pulling them awkwardly out of the container, haha. if the container were a half inch wider in diameter, this product would be perfect. And at 17.09 on S&S, it's a better deal on Amazon than anywhere else I've seen it for sale, even when discounted.

Amazing stuff!!
Iโve tried psyllium husk before but it was awful- dietician recommended this instead as I have gastroparesis and PHGG is much more bio available. Itโs completely tasteless and unnoticeable in just about any drink! Very happy and so glad I made the switch!

this is not sunfibre
the powder is very chunky. it doesn't dissolve easily like the others do. and it doesn't seem to work for digestion. generally a waste of money. i agree with the other 1 star reviews. it might have been a bad batch so i order another one to be sure. same problem! give me a refund!!!!!!
