Tasty, crunchy, and healthy too!!
I had never had these before so my first order was for a small bag. After I tasted them I ordered the 14oz can. They have this wonderfully earthly flavor, they’re fresh and delightfully crunchy! And they are a complete protein, high in Omega 3’s and antioxidants.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these !!! I always take them with me on all travel ! They are SO tasty ! and i know i have healthy calories & nutrients if i need it.. My FAVORITE.. well, maybe tie with macadamia nuts:) SO grateful to this company for making an excellent product .. yes, they arent cheap .. BUT if u consider the quantity & quality of nutrients u get from these they ARE CHEAPER than the cheapest of foods !! U WILL PAY one way of the other ! Give your body nutrients or pay the doctor & miss work .. it make financial sense to buy nutrient dense & healthy foods ! The highest protein nut!
My favorite high protein snack. These nuts make almonds seem so basic. 9g of protein per serving and so many amazing healthy fats. They are also super keto friendly because they have zero net carbs. My family is obsessed with these and my son can take them to school because they are school-safe/allergen free.

Great initial taste and crunch, bad aftertaste
When I first bit into the nut/seed was good with a satisfying crunch, but then I was overwhelmed by a residual stale oil taste and smell. I thought to try it based on some of the reviews that said how great it was. Sadly it’s not for me.

An Amazing Product That Hopefully Will Be Back
I love these. High protein, whole food, great for quelling hunger on the go. Sad that they are no longer available on Amazon
