Is there a chance of getting a replacement battery for one of the batteries. One of them is awesome, The second only works a few minutes?

I had the same problem but now neither work! I’ve will ask for a refund.

why are these called upgraded?

The original did not work at all. Zero voltage and would not take a charge. Did not return or get new. Not a happy experience
