can i use it on my face

The initial replies missed the point and refer to the deodorant. I think you were asking about the antiperspirant quality for example, a sweaty forehead. I think it would be perfectly fine to use on your forehead and face, making sure to avoid the eyes and mouth/lips. I have done so, successfully, with similar products. I’m an MD and would not take risks with my skin.

Can I use it on my sweaty forehead, neck and back and underarms (obviously I’m very sweaty)

I've used it on my forehead and back of neck. Works for me.

Can this product be used in your crotch area?

No. It can be used on underarm only.

Do people understand this is an *antiperspirant*? With hyperhidrosis we want to control face, neck, leg, breast, etc sweat

I don't have hyperhidrosis, but I do sweat !!!! I use this all over, except face, and it does work for me.
