No Smudge, Waterproof, Peel Off Lip Stain Gel - Six Pack

I was not expecting much from these, they were a silly impulse buy... or so I thought! I ended up being really delighted with the results - now, you DO have to be patient and take your time applying and be prepared to look ridiculous for a while after holding your lips apart so the stuff doesn't stick to itself and pull off too soon. I would also say that for me 10 minutes was too little time to wait, I have found through experimentation that the longer you leave it on, the stronger the stain. So if it's not a deep enough colour for you at 10 minutes, try 15 or 20. My sweet spot seems to be 20.I can totally see however why people who didn't leave it on long enough were not pleased by the colour, the first time I did it for 10 minutes I was not impressed at all. But now I've figured out I need to at least double the time recommended, they are fantastic.The colours are all actually delightful (yes, even the orange!) and the stain looks very natural and fresh on your lips, it may "bleed" (the colour, not actual blood!) a little when you first remove the mask so be ready to dab off excess in order to avoid smudging, I found it needs a minute of additional drying after you pull off the mask to really set before you can be confident it won't press off. Then just brush over your favourite lip balm and you're good for hours.How many hours? Well that depends, if you only let it set for 10 minutes, then maybe only 2 to 4 hours, less if you're eating & drinking. If you let it set for 15+ minutes and you're not eating & drinking a lot, it will last for a good 6 to 8 hours, but if you are eating & drinking a lot then expect 4 to 6 instead. Now that is by far better than any other stain I've tried, and the longer you let it set on your lips, the longer it will last as well it seems. I can go through a whole work day with mine on, and the fade is natural as well, it doesn't leave weird edges or streaks (as I've had with other stains in the past).I actually love this set, and prefer it to actual lipstick and any other stain I've tried.

Not worth the money. DOES NOT look like the video the girl does..and sometimes the liquid color runs out like water if you forget to shake it. It DOES NOT stay on long.and you still have to put gloss on..otherwise your lips look dry. The colors have too much red in them. Even the pink..doesn’t look pink. Waste of money..and waste of time because I always have to re-brush my teeth after because the color gets on them too..which washes the color away. WHEW...OH...and it DOES come off on a tissue if you do the tissue test. SO...false advertising.

I would recommend using a moisturizer at night when you use this stain it is pretty drying but if you take care of your lips you should be fine. I moisturizer at night and exfoliate in the morning as well as use Younique's Bonbons throughout the day to help with the dryness. I also use a lip brush to apply it just so I don't get it everywhere and it goes on better when using the brush. If you want a darker stain you have to leave it on longer. I can leave it on for about 10 minutes with the bright ones and it's pretty bright. The lighter ones take a little longer. The stain lasts about 5-8 hours depending on how much you wipe your lips.

Not worth it. I had to leave this on very long to get good color from it. Honestly maybe someone with fair skin would have better luck. However I had issues with the application as well. Definitely recommend used a lip brush and not your fingers. But I felt if closed my mouth the inner corners got stuck because they stay kind of moist so it didn't peel off very well. Boo. Wish I could return.

The colors were great! Is a little hard to apply when you are first trying it out. Does Not hold up well to drinking or eating, the color starts to flake off and you are left with bits of random color on your lips. Not ideal for reapplying if you plan to be out and about since you need to let it sit for at least 10 minutes before it dries and starts to peal. If you rush it you wont get the full effect of the color.

I absolutely love this lip stain. Doesn't sting like the other one.You do have to be crafty when applying it but not an artist.I love how it stays on and yes, I line my lips and add color but when you eat or drink that goes away and you still have color.I'm 65, if I can do it anyone can. I just ordered a set for my 9 and 7 year old great nieces. I put it on them and they loved it.Keep working with it and you'll find it's pretty neat.I apply it after doing makeup and while I dry my hair use the hair dryer to help it dry. Then peel it off.Great stuff!

Okay, so I have used lip stain in the past and was eager to try this one after seeing it on Facebook. I checked out YouTube and saw the mixed reviews, but decided to give it a go. I started out with it on my hand to test drying times. A thin layer took about 10 minutes and left virtually no color (using sexy red). A thick layer took about 20 LONG minutes and only left minimal color. Now to the reason for my review; removing the "film" left behind literally tore my lips. BEWARE. My lips are still burning a day later.

I love this stuff! Yes, it is hard to work with, but the key is to hurry and apply it every where u want it on and dont tocuh ur lips together til dry. For me its less then 10 min as I use a fan to hurry and dry it then peel off. I do a second coat for deeper color. For me its great especially for the price. To each their own, you cant please everyone. Also, its best that your lips are not dehydrated or cracked in any way, the smoother your lips are the more even color.
