Will the band adjust to fit on a 7 year old's wrist ?

Depends on how big your seven year old is, in regards to bone structure and weight. It is too big for my child, who is about 4 ft tall/70 lbs. The actual watch piece is fairly large as well. I bought this for my husband and the diameter of the watch takes up his entire wrist. He is 5'8/200lbs.

Does it come with battery?

Yes, it does. It’s ready to go out of the box. I get lots of compliments on mine. Very cool!

How many times it take to come to USA?

Used prime it was delivered in a few days

Are there two crowns because there are two independent quartz movements in watch? In other words, are there two quartz crystals that are resonating?

Yes. Two different watches in one.
