The box was too large and allowed for the bottles to get smashed which cause some leakage but the flavor was fine. I was afraid to order based on the reviews but it just taste like water. I do think it is too expensive especially if it is going to leak in shipping. Overall a good product and I would buy because I want to quit sodas.

I loved this water when I first found it in Safeway. It had no taste and was just the right amount of caffeine. Im not sure what changed but now there's a terrible taste when drinking it. Did they change something? The plastic bottle? Not sure but unless they go back to how they first made this I will not be ordering from here or purchasing from Safeway again!

I love the Avitae caffeinated water and I keep it on my subscribe and save list every month so I always have a case or two in the house. It tastes that clean, pure water with no bitter aftertaste or hint of any other flavor. I can drink this cold or at room temperature, just like regular water and still get my caffeine kick - can't do that with energy drinks or coffee. Plus no carbonation - I am not a fan of anything carbonated, so that's a definite plus.

I found this water to have a bitter flavor. For me it did not taste "just like water." It did give a definite boost, similar to a cup of coffee. Its also not inexpensive. However, they did ship it to us in hawaii. I paid for a case of it, and did not get anything for free as many of the others who have reviewed this product.

I love the product. I use to drink Water Joe but it became so hard to find when I moved out west. I was happy to find this here and I am all for making money, that is the American dream but then there is a line that gets crossed sometime. I think they figure if people can't get their product they will pay double which is what I did buying here. I then found it at a famous office store for less than I paid plus it was for 24 bottles not 12! But the product it self I can taste a slight difference in the 125mg., so I usually will add a bit of 90mg. to get a clear taste.

When I bought caffeine powder, it was the most bitter stuff I'd ever tasted, which explained the massive amounts of sugar thats thrown into energy drinks. However, I found Avitae, which not only disgusted people concerned with my caffeine habit, that even my water is caffeinated (MWA HA HA!), but was also mind-blowing, as I can hardly taste the caffeine at all. After caffeine powder, I know the taste of caffeine, and am sensitive to it, so I can taste hints of it if the bottle is warm, but I don't mind it. Honestly, if the bottle is cold, its super refreshing, and I get a nice hit of caffeine. For perspective of how much caffeine this is, a 8 oz can of Red Bull is 80mg of caffeine, whereas a 12 oz cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee is 100mg. Energy drinks like Rockstar or Monster generally have 16 oz that equal about 160mg, so that gives you a sense of the kind of kick while you're drinking what tastes like fancy water. I appreciate that I can get my caffeine without all the chemicals with the portability of being a bottle of water. It is extremely rare to have an energy drink that comes in a clear plastic bottle (which is about the only thing I can take to work because of the metal detectors), and this is my go-to work boost, as we don't really have a convenient coffee machine.

I never write reviews. However, after using Avitae for months I felt the need to tell others about my experience. For the past 20 years, I had a routine of a bottle of water and two cups of coffee before heading off to work. It was fine, and I am ok with the taste of coffee, but it did require multiple iterations of coffee making (eventually a Keurig would reduce the time to 5 minutes, it was still 5 minutes). In a busy house with 4 kids, it was important for me to get my pick me up AND get out the door quickly. I was introduced to Avitae about a year ago based upon a friend's recommendation. I have only ever had the unflavored version and have found it indistinguishable from water. I started to have a 90mg around 2pm during the weekday and found that it was hydrating AND effective. A few weeks later, I replaced my morning ritual with a 125mg, forgoing the 2 coffees and a bottle of water. I was killing two birds with one stone. The best part is that there is no time commitment and it works. I found that after using the 125mg unflavored in the mornings would cover me for the day. I'm all in on Avitae and now have a case of the 125mg on subscription via Amazon. My recommendation is to give it a shot and I know you'll have the same takeaway.

Avitae 125mg water is a great way to eliminate soda from your diet, providing a good dose of caffeine without sugar or chemicals. It does have a slight flavor, which I hadn't found in other energy waters. More importantly, I stopped my monthly purchase when I received a case of water that all smelled so strongly it was undrinkable. At this point I'm looking for an alternative.
