Updated review for free replacement. (first review below- Paid for new, but got a used one.)
Seller sent a brand new item as a replacement free of charge. I'm increasing my review to 4 stars, but not 5 because they sent me a dirty used one first.The cooler works well and keeps food cold for about 3 days. Pretty good for the price. The lid will close by itself, which is an annoyance, but otherwise it's a good unit.Dirt and stains on the inside and some minor scratching on the outside bottom. The dirt inside the bottom was worse than what was on the lid, but didn't show up very well in the pic. No paperwork. I'm going to keep it because I don't have time to return it.Not the first time that I've bought a new item and received a used one.

Keeps Items Cool but Lid Does Not Stay Open
It works as expected, keeping items cool. My only qualm (which others have brought up) is that the lid does not stay open on its own. This is mildly annoying when you're trying to fill it up with food items since you have to constantly open it up. But given the price, I'm willing to use a stick to help me out.
