Perfect fit, form, function and not as expensive as buying locally. The first replacement I got from our local plumbing supply did not last long because the armored hose broke free from the handle at the attachment. This one is far better than that . . . Kudos.

This works well and is easy to install. It looks like the original that came on the Grohe faucet, but it doesn't feel as heavy as the original and doesn't slide back into place as easily as the original did. It is very serviceable however and the price makes it a good option instead of buying the Grohe one. I can't imagine that the Grohe would work that much different to be worth the price differential

I recently noticed water in the kitchen cabinet under my sink. I checked all pipes and found nothing. Then I tested the pull-out hose. Sure enough, it had developed pin holes from years of use. I bought this product according to original manufacturer's recommendation. It fit perfectly and was so easy to install. I probably saved myself over $200.00 dollars by not hiring a plumber. Excellent replacement.

The washer on the faucet end of the hose doesn't make secure contact with the nozzle, so it leaks. I wrapped teflon tape around the washer and it seems to not drip, but we'll see. Still, I should have bought a different hose.

Overall a decent replacement. My complaint is that the flats on the supply end are very shallow and so it is hard to get tight without the wrench slipping. The size is I believe 14mm (13mm is to small as is 1/2"). But I was unable to get it tight enough to stop the fitting from leaking. I resorted to a pair of channel locks to get it to stop leaking. I like that the package include the special washer that goes on that end. Comment on other replacement hoses mentioned that they had to purchase that washer separately.

It was easy to install but plumbers grease was necessary when pushing the hose down through the faucet.

Ordered July 31, 2023 and it broke Feb 20, 2024. Pretty sad lifespan...

Amazon is not particularly suited what item nr.one need for a specific faucet .So I contacted the manufacturer Grohe to learn the exact item nr.. Ordered from them but due to computer problem they were not able to deliver Amazon to the rescue although $20.00 more money
