This amino acid definitely helps with focusing on tasks. I take it with multiple other powders in a daily smoothie, in the late morning after my run. Zero taste and good value for the price.

Seems high quality
To those trying to dissolve the powder in water for a clear solution: according to Wikipedia, the solubility of L-Tyrosine in water is 0.0453g per 100mL, in other words, it's not soluble, therefore the milky consistency is expected. This product seems very high quality based on taste/smell, texture and close visual inspection. I don't own a Gas Chromatography machine, so the taste / feel test will have to be sufficient. Will try to compare to other brands, but, it seems like a great product.
