Cool product
Replaced 5-year-old I-clip made from the composite material as it cracked on one corner. The stainless steel one is double the price but should not break. Looks like a quality piece of kit. Very happy!

My second i-CLIP wallet and I have to say, the steel base is great.

Not durable like the old ones
The one I bought in May 2025 broke at the base of the money clip in April 2026. My first one lasted a decade until the outer frame finally broke.

First impressions
I'm a big fan of miminalist wallets. Some cash and cards. I owned 3 iclips before purchasing a metal version. The other iclips had issues, the plastic frame broke when dropped. I expected them to handle some impact. 2nd issue was that the leather cover started falling apart. First impressions of paying $100 for a metal version is that this thing is heavy. It's got weight to it and you will notice once In your pocket. Its definitely heavy duty....except the the actual clip feels plastic and flimsy. I will try it for a few weeks and update on my experience. Pd wallet for reference.

Smaller than what I expected. Same size as a credit card. Holds 8 cards comfortably. Will hold 10.
Had to get used to the size. Once I did, I’ll never go back. No frills here. Could be made of titanium… so that’d be lighter. Looks extremely sharp. Very pleased
