Where can I find the right size refills?

Hello! Midori Passport-sized refill are a perfect fit. You can find them here:Blank refills: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003SNY9VWLined refills: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D7I7GG2/Graph refills: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006VS8YQ2/Thank you very much for your interest :)

Are kraft file folders available for the large size?

As of this date, late April 2019, they are not available. We are sorry for the confusion.

I did not see any care instructions for the cover, does it require a leather moisturizer to clean it?

We would recommend a dry cloth or dry sponge. We would recommend you do not use any type of water to clean it.
