It works,... but
It actually added support for head. But the height adjustment is limited. I wish i can adjust it lower without protruding the whole headrest out. Other than that, it works.

Looks very well-made unfortunately chair won’t be here until May 25 hopefully it matches for now I’m very happy will let you know more once chair is delivered

Not how I imagined it would be
I didn't expect this headrest to feel so "hard". It's maybe okay to rest a bit against it while sitting up, but I find it not much more comfortable than having nothing at all when I am reclining. The tilt is also too easy to activate with the weight of your head if you are reclining, so while there feels like a "sweet spot" to place your weight on the mechanism will move if you try to. I also find the lock to be insufficient. It still moves with a bit more force applied. For how much I paid I am disappointed.
