My blade will not make contact with the surface of what I want to cut. Do I need to replace it?

Could be somthing stuck on the blade or you need to replace the blade because it's not sharp anymore.

Cuts well, nice tool

Does it's job very well. Cutting through the vinyl backing and leaving the actual viny in tact with no issues. Good price, seems to be good quality, and was able to get it delivered fast. I've only used it on two types of vinyl/backings but it has cut both of those very well.
