Works pretty good as long as i avoid eating to close to bedtime as well
I noticed This helped my esophagus spoonful in a cup of water which doesn’t mix but i just left in the fridge overnight and mix here and there then took a spoonful after dinner atleast 2 to 3 hours before bed sometimes i add a pinch of baking soda it prevents irritation from reflux when i ate to close to bedtime

It’s a very effective thickening agent.
I’m sure this works but, be aware, it turns extremely thick. Don’t overdo powder, keep it thin. I followed instructions, shouldn’t have.

Good for science project
I bought this to make hydrogels at home for a personal science project. This powder worked great for what I needed. I cannot comment on its food-related capabilities though :)

Bubble tea
We bought this for my daughter’s bubble tea maker as a refill. Worked just as well as what came in the original kit and she was super happy! This option was cheaper than buying the same kind that came in the kit

Got this to make "edible water bottles" with my science class. It worked, but it was hard to dissolve in water, leaving chunks that took hours of letting it rest to finally dissolve fully.
