Plantronics APV-63 EHS Adapter (Avaya)

Very easy to hook up, though the directions were more IKEA-like than I prefer (i.e., pictures only, no explanations). One thing that looked like a small microphone was supposed to be attached to the phone around the area of the speakerphone but from the diagram it was hard to tell if it was supposed to go on the TOP of the phone or under it. Either way there is no explanation of what it's for, and in our case it doesn't seem to matter if it's attached or not, it works either way.I'm glad not to need a mechanical lifter any more, as it was sometimes problematic.

The adapter works flawlessly with Plantronics CS540 headset allowing handsfree operation when answering calls.

For some reason after connecting this adapter my mic doesn’t work anymore and calls are static or dropping.

This works great. Its only drawback is it delays sensing the ring until the second ring before it will pick up.

My 15 year old Plantronics wired binaural headset went out on me so it was time to get a new solution.I didn't think I was going to be able to find a wireless solution for my 15 year old Avaya 6416D+M phone but thanks to Plantronics very helpful compatibility guide, I discovered that the CS520 is compatible!I absolutely LOVE this thing!The quality of the audio is great and the clarity is impressive! Information of how this works and should be connected is very scares on the web but was able to make it work with my phone system

After extended time with Plantronics Customer Support, the issue with our headset was narrowed down to this adapter. The ability to hear the person on the other end does not work. You can hear them for awhile and then it goes quiet. Happens frequently. Wish we could get it replaced. It's too bad that won't warranty the product for even a year.

Using this on an Avaya 9611g phone. The phone part of the cable will work with the appropriate headset and can use the headset button to answer or end the call. The little round censor goes over the speaker of your phone if you want to hear it ring in your headset. It has a little 3m tape on the censor and sticks to the phone directly over the ring speaker. I have used these in the past and eventually the tape will give way. But this works as intended and the shipping was to my door in two days!!! Very fast!!!!

Works perfectly with my company issued Avaya 9608 and Plantronics Savi 740 (WO2) headset.Pickup and hangup exactly as expected.I only connected the RJ11 connector, did not need the mic.Yes, the price is quite high, but calculated over many years of usage, several hours a day, totally worth it.Fast shipping and well packaged.
