I did not get 10 dividers I got 7 and i did not get the rubber feet ?

It's 10 "compartments" so you should have gotten 9 dividers. The rubber "feet" are just small rubber tubes with a slit you pop over the bottom frame. I didn't find this to be heavy enough or the dividers tall enough to do the job. Unlike the picture, I don't have 5 pans all the same size. Ended up using it my office as a file holder.

Can this be used for drying dishes, pots, pans, etc? Or will it rust?

This rack can be used for drying pots, pans and larger dishes, it will not rust

Where are the directions for the rubber feet? I don't see how to attach these.

I can't find any way to get the feet on. The bars they should go on are attached permanently to the unit with no way to slide on.
