Niacinamide Boost

I've been using this product for over a year now and it has helped clear up my rosacea tremendously. My poor's look smaller and my oil production has decreased. Also, my skin is a whole lot tighter. Absolutely phenomenal product and I will always recommend.

I bought this and added it to CrediThink Niacinamide 20% Vitamin B3 Concentrated Face Vegan Serum 1 Oz $11.99. Add a little at night and let it dissolve overnight. Use it for a week, then add more and use it for a week. I use it every morning and every night after cleansing. Works great!

The listing shows a cap with a little hole – almost like a dropper bottle – that the powder pours from. Mine DID not come like that. Instead, it is a twist off cap that opens the entire bottle - no other cap inside. It is filled to the top so it was a bit tricky knocking out a good amount with one hand into the palm of the other. Not sure if this is how they all are or mine was missing a part – a smaller more precise way to get the product out of the bottle would be helpful. It is a powder – so know that – as you will have to mix it with water. The first time I apparently mixed too much water but then I was able to sort of pat it on my face and then rub it in all over. That way it absorbed well and quickly and left my skin looking like nothing at all was on it. It did sort of tingle or maybe slightly burn a bit on my sensitive skin – but that only lasted like two or three seconds. I did this after my shower, before bed. I skipped applying anything else – like moisturizers – as I just wanted to see how it did all on its own. It did fine there – as it left my skin soft and the next morning – my skin TRULY looked SMOOTHER. Truly! It is a bit of a pain for me to mix it and get the powder out – but not the end of the world. This niacinamide boost powder treatment stung my face when applying it. I had just cleansed my face and followed the directions of mixing this with water and making it into a serum. I applied it and instantly had pretty good stinging. I had to wash it off to stop the stinging. This product didn’t work for my unfortunately. I do love this company and their clean ingredients.

I gave 3 stars as I'm not certain about this product yet. It's not bad, I just don't know if it's good. I ve never used anything like it. It does what it says, a powder that when you add water and press to your skin turns into a serum type liquid I guess ? I haven't used it long enough to notice any difference from other products or how my skin feels / looks after use, but I'll update this with further use. I like to try new things so this is certainly that and no bad effects have happened, so that's a plus. So far so good

There are only 2 ingredients - Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid. Both of which always do great stuff for my skin in various products, especially when I keep-up with it consistently. So I'm really liking having them straight. The powder pours from the little jar and you mix it with a little warm water until it's a serum consistency and then pat it onto the skin. This is where the only downside is, at least for me, is getting a hang of figuring out the water to powder ratio that works best for the consistency that works best. I mean, it's simple to do which is probably why I find it tricky sometimes 😄👀 If applied to the face without it having enough water mixed-in it will leave a white film on the face and still feel a bit gritty. I didn't hold back from the rating because it's such an effective, beneficial product. Depending on preferences, it could potentially be more of a downside for some. For example, those who may not have as much time for a skincare routine may find a liquid form more ideal and convenient. Once I get the ideal consistency, it absorbs right away and there's the slightest sticky feel right after applying but that only lasts for about a minute or so. This powder alone gives a healthy look and glow right after applying. Which is no surprise considering the many benefits each ingredient provides the skin. My skin concerns are dullness, loss of elasticity and lines- mostly fine but one deeper. The two ingredients address all of those and more. Also helps the skin to retain moisture, so it's a nice step before moisturizers. This feels like it's a go-to product that will need to stay in my routine!

3.9.22~ Don't know if I'm using this right but I love it. This is a little vial of powder. About the size of 80's contraband. You're supposed to mix with water & apply. I've been mixing with my Vit C serum or Glycolic oil. So it does not dissolve. Maybe it does in water it does, I don't know. I'm all about cocktailing to save time by mixing products so this is how I used. I'm 52, sun damaged skin & constantly fighting smoothing my pore texture. '100% Pure' Niacinamide powder stays gritty added to serum so it exfoliates. When you rub in circular & lift motion it dissolves into skin. Every. Time. I use it my face is smoother. Every. Time, I use it, my products work better. Every. Time I use it, I feel like my best self. Maybe the exfoliation while mixing with serum is carrying product into skin. Again, don't know if I'm doing it right but whatever it is, I'll take it. Anything that works & cuts down time, is a Win.
