I bought the Boult Audio Probass ZCharge wireless headphones in March 2023, attracted by their sleek design and the promise of high-quality sound. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Major Issues: Faulty Right Earpiece: Just short of 8 months into use, the right earpiece stopped working. This is particularly disappointing given that the product is still under warranty. Poor Sound Quality: The micro woofers and bass performance are underwhelming. The sound quality is not as advertised and significantly impacts the listening experience. Warranty Service Hassle: Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that I need to courier the product to them at my own expense. They offer a mere reimbursement of 100 rupees, which does not cover the courier cost. This requirement was not mentioned on Amazon or in any of Boult Audio's warranty information. Advice to Potential Buyers: Given my experience, I would advise potential buyers to consider other options. While Boult Audio headphones may seem like a budget-friendly choice, the hidden costs and hassle in warranty service are significant drawbacks. Alternative Recommendation: Consider investing a bit more in a brand like Boat. Their warranty service is more customer-friendly, offering product pickup for repairs, which is a huge convenience. Final Thoughts: It's essential for a company to stand behind its products, especially in terms of warranty service and product quality. Unfortunately, Boult Audio falls short in these critical areas. While the initial cost may be lower, the potential hassle and added expenses may not make it worth the savings.

Nice product

I ma a bass lover you know. I thought such a big driver would give a very shrill and boomy bass . So I was excited about this product. But when I listened I was surprised thatxits clearity is excellent but bass is producing some boomy music out there. Listen it's bass deepness is incomparable but if you want that boat kind of a bass I would recommend to buy boat product. Boult audio increase it's bass richness and deepness only. It never increased it's bass . But it has a heavy bass. But boat boosted it's bass so boat has a thumping puncy and boomy bass and it's deepness is a little average . So it you are a deep base lover . No doubt go for it but if you want like that boomy and punchy bass in every beats for a thumping experience go for boat. It's noice cancelation is excellent and call quality never dreamt of . Bass is best ( deepness) thumpness ( average ) It offers really a 40 to 50 hour battery. I am still using it 3 days non stop still it has a 60 % battery. No doint ignore negative comments and go for it . It's magnet is also very powerful and super easy to use . ❤️❤️❤️❤️
