Great intense flavor that goes a long way if you like spicy!
My husband is a chef, from India, and this is his favorite spicy condiment he reaches for on the table. The quality is wonderful. We have never had any issues with leakage when they ship the jars, and he puts it with everything - meats, vegetables, rice, pastas. Its versatility is endless. Price wise - I compared with other brands and it was the best deal for the same quality. So there you have it - from a CIA trained chef - he loves the taste of this and keeps going back to it!

If you’ve never had these before, use sparingly and add more if you like. These are very hot peppers. I made a pasta dish twice now with them. The first time I used a little less than recipe called for. The second time I used half, and it still packed a nice punch. Good flavor.
