The sleep gummies are completely melted inside the package this means v bad storage and defective . As i tried to complaint the item is not eligible for return or replacement ! Will try complain as i will kot lose 160 for defective item

Tasts almost too good in that I want to munch on them. I take 2 to 3 gummies 20 minutes before sleep. They work great at slowing me down enough to get to sleep. The gummies don't last long enough to have an ill effect after a night of sleep. They are a good alternative to prescription sleep medication. I prefer them over melatonin tablets.

So far so good. I get a good deep sleep. I don’t take 2 juts 1 but that could be why I sleep good but not all night as deep. But it does help me get to sleep faster and stay asleep for sure. No side effects I noticed.
