looked like cottage cheese, thick and no shine..Want to buy a gallon of this, but want to make sure that it is not all dried out as per a previous buyer. anybody know for sure

I have purchased numerous gallons of this one gallon product over the years. I have never experienced the "cottage cheese" texture. You must shake the gallon rigorously prior to use. I pour what I need in a smaller spray bottle to use on my car. As long as you shake it well each time, the texture is perfect, and the shine is wonderful.Hope this helps.
