Is there a fragrance to this product? I don't see an ingredient list anywhere, so I was curious.

There is a very light fragrance that dissipates quickly and does not fragrance clothing.

how does it compare to Downy? Better or same?

I haven't tried Downy, but this works great--just used it yesterday on a skirt with a bunch of little wrinkles in it. I also like the scent.

I have not had any staining with this product, I used it on white dress shirts with no problem. Also used on travel suits, blazers, and slacks.It is a bit scary at first because you need to really use a lot of this product to be effective, just short of " wetting" the wrinkles.
