I use this for chicken enchiladas. Spice level medium. Nice sauce for chicken enchilada casseroles. Nice green color and consistency. Always purchase this brand for its unique taste and flavor.

I love this green enchilada sauce as a base for many dishes. It's tangy and just the right texture to use as salad dressing if you add a bit of sour cream and lemon juice. It's great to put on eggs, in tacos and of course, enchiladas. I buy it from my local markets all the time, but saw it here with a great price so figured I'd grab a few cans for the pantry. I was pleased that they were the same quality I have come to trust, and the cans had plenty of time left before expiration. I'll happily buy again from this seller

Large enough can for a casserole, a great mild taste. Great price since our rural area has only one expensive grocery store. I'm allergic to red sauce, so delighted I can finally get a good sauce inexpensively. Thank you, Amazon.

Although I wasn't a fan of the price for this, it's because I'm a western US girl stuck in the south and not used to being unable to get green chili products. This made fantastic enchiladas. The family made them disappear all at once.

I use this to make pozole, just add a can of white hominy, ground pork, onion and garlic. Yum

Walmart used to carry it and of course now I can't find it there thank God Amazon still has it
