I also noticed that the measurements of each size nipple is on the front top right of each package in the pictures. Click on each size and look at the front of the packages for size guide chart.

How do you pack these for delivery? I mean is the mailman able to tell what's inside? :)

Packages are shipped discretely i.e. there is no information about the contents on the shipping label

My size is 40D so what size shall I order

The first thing is, it's about nipple size. The second is the small are really small. I personally bought the medium and had to go out and purchase the largest I could find and I'm not a 40D.
