Excellent piece of kit

Sehr scharf. Funktioniert gut, aber man muss auf seine Finger achten. Es bleibt logischerweise auch immer etwas Rest vom Gemüse z. B. Karotte übrig, den ich aber anderweitig verwende.

My mother loves to make salads and cutting then julienne were a big task for her. Not anymore! She loves it. I'll buy one for myself as well now. Victorinox continues to be my preferred brand.

Piuttosto affilato. Usata per fare degli spaghetti di zucchine a crudo, il taglio viene a sezione quadrata, bisogna poggiarsi su un tagliere per non rischiare di farsi male o tagliare in modo irregolare. (Ricetta: sughetto di pomodorini, zucchine tagliate a spaghetti, per lungo, da aggiungere al sugo una volta cotto, un minutino per farli appena ammorbidire e insaporire, olio, basilico e via!). In lavastoviglie resta qualche residuo di verdura nella lama, non si riesce a lavare bene.

Les dents empechent de bien eplucher, pas pratique. J'ai peut-être manqué qqch mais a priori un econome est simple à utiliser...
