It's free of 9 different toxins, as listed in the image, but they make no mention of additional ingredients. I wish there was a list available. Do I need to use a nail dehydrator before applying the base coat to remove oils from the nail?

Dear, We always suggest our customers to use a nail dehydrator to make sure nails are free of any oils and are dry. Kind regards
