Absolutely. Handing your Core to a friend is a great way to let them try it out (and help them start a consistent meditation practice). The best way to do this is to have your friend/guest download the Core Meditation app so that your biometric feedback doesn’t get mixed up. If you do let them use your Core and your phone, and don’t want to save the results, swipe left on the session afterwards to delete the session.

Does this use biofeedback?

During each meditation, Core’s highly-sensitive ECG biosensors measure the patterns in your heartbeat. The app will display your biofeedback and provide customized insights, to help you understand you the impact that meditation is having on your body and how your nervous system is changing over time.

Can I use it with other app besides the Cote App??

You can use Core with another App quite easily. How this is accomplished is by utilizing our Soundscapes library that comes free with Core (along with our guided Core Work and Breath Training). Simply: Select a soundscape/vibration pattern you prefer. Mute the sound by selecting the in-app mute button, and set the time to "infinity". Place your thumbs on the metal dots to start the vibrations. Start your other App. Upon completion of your meditation, you can go back into the Core app and end the vibration. With the above instructions, you will still be able to check your stats, but not need to utilize a specific Core meditation session.
