I was really excited about this item for my daughter's birthday but was so disappointed at how it was packaged and arrived. It was in an airtight bag so once opened it was completely wrinkled. Also the tutu is so thing that she will need to wear pants or another skirt another. The top is part is also loose fitting. For almost $30 it is not worth the quality at all!

This dress worked perfect for my daughters mermaid-unicorn 5th birthday. Fit her super cute. It’s a little see through, but worked great with tights.

This item was poorly made and unbelievably cheap looking. The top where the mermaid was printed was hard and stiff. The skirt was very skimpy, maybe 4 or 5 pieces of tulle. There is no way that I would have given this as a gift. The vendor should be embarrassed to sell this item. I returned it and found another item which was high quality and my little niece lived it. Don't waste your time or money on this pathetic offering.

Three stars because when you look at the dress it is very cute but it's very uncomfortable for the child. Luckily, the plan was to wear for only an hour of my daughter's party so she made it through but if it was any longer, we would have had problems. The white band holding the tulle is itchy, as is the tulle. The dress closes with the ribbons, which is cute but it doesn't hold. I had to adjust her dress 3x in the hour to make sure it was sitting right. Also, my daughter is small, she is 7-years old 38 lbs, we needed the 4/5 size.

The cute like applications just fell of the dress. So now there are no starfish, shells, tail. Sadly disappointed since this was for one of my granddaughters Christmas present. Very poor quailty.
