After using the henna on my hair, do I have to use Shampoo to wash my hair?

I shampoo my hair after..I have natural hair so I leave it in for like 2-3 hours , rinse it out , then shampoo ..

I see that this has amla in it. i've been using pure henna for 1+ years. will this darken my hair or act the same as just henna?

I've only used it twice so far but I've seen a reddish tint in my hair..its very subtle & I see it in the light

Does this contain any dye? Is it pure Henna that will just leave a red tint on my dark brown hair?
