Almus Lactulose Oral Solution 500ml

I take 10ml in the morning if I need it, and it does a good job. It is effective but gentle and does not taste bad. This is the one they gave me in hospital, so I know it is safe to use.

was worried it might be a dupe but there was no need - this is the real deal genuine product - just what we needed arrived quickly on time but measuring beaker sent with it was cracked probably due to handling of the carrier - this was no problem for us as we have plenty of these spare - the main thing the bottle itself was totally undamaged and product fine to use

I am in amazement of how effective this product is, almost nothing else got the job done, no more lethargy, no more pain or inconvenience. I had literally tried every option including all Dulcolax products (the powders worked OK), micro enemas and home enema kits. Just two days of 25ml and back to normal.

I was prescribed this when I had an operation and was given opioid pain killers to prevent constipation. t was effective. The taste is somewhat unpleasant to me. From the questions asked there appears to be confusion over lactulose. It is a non absorbing sugar with the composition of C12 H22 O4, the manufacturer clearly state that there are no other ingredients.

This is prescribed but not enough quantity to last a month, needed a spare in reserve Quite pricey but arrived in advance of estimated delivery date, reassuring to have it as back up, so worth paying extra for it. Will do the job as described

A friend recommended this product and I must say I am pleased with the product and the results. It's easy and pleasant to take.
